I am a BIAB all grain guy - I enjoy brewing and love changing beers on tap and trying new styles.

Besides Northern Brewers limited selection are there any online retailers selling pre-packaged ready to ship 3 or 2.5 gallon BIAB kits?

I am currently using beersmith and adjusting recipes down, I just want an easy button if available.

I'm looking for this myself. From what I'm reading here and other forums sounds like more people are brewing smaller batches. Actually, I brewed five gallon batches for YEARS only because it's just the way homebrewers had always done it.

Once I started doing 2.5 and 3 gallon batches brewing got a lot more enjoyable. Can brew more often. Have a bigger variety on hand. Easier to manage size and weight wise.

I think Midwest or Northern Brewer was doing 3 gallon BIAB kits. Not the same thing though.

ETA: Northern Brewer make the 3 gallon BIAB kits.

All the Best,

Forget kits. Do it yourself. I do 2 gallon batches w/my own recipies. Haven't had a kit since I quit doing 5 gallon batches. Like you I like to have a great amount to choose from when I open the fridge.

Nice thing about kits is everything is included in one box. Throw it on the shelf until you're ready to brew.

Sometimes having someone else put it all together is a lot easier.

You can do the same thing at a Home Brew store. I bought three kits then just get the grains I need for each brew- much cheaper that way IMO.
