Simple calculator for halving recipes

I'm a noob and I'm looking for a calculator that could take an existing recipe for an extract kit and halve it (or other proportion) so that I could say make two gallons rather than 5. I realize that changing the final volume does not necessarily mean chopping all the ingredients by the same proportion.
