Sparge: Batch sparge with 2 steps (0.83gal, 3.64gal) of 168.0 F water
Very good so far, bottled one week ago and already has nice carbonation and retention. Slightly sweet and crisp with small touch of citrus from the Centennial and spice from the Sterling. Good beer for those who love craft beer and macros alike.
