Does anyone know what have happened to my silicone tube? It used to be clear, but after a few test runs of my herms setup, with only water, the silicone tube has gotten a green'ish tone to it. I have a copper coil in my HLT, and i rinsed through the system with starsan (as recommended). But I did not notice any discoloration of the tube until a day later, after I tested it with water.

Sounds like you had some tarnish, copper acetate probably, on the inside of your copper coil and the starsan dissolved it. That stuff was used as a green pigment for ages so I could see it staining the tubing.
