sierra nevada witbier???

has anybody else had this? it was on tap at the brewery last year and was fan-freakin-tastic. it was so refreshing, light... had a very soft "feel" with regard to carbonation...and just citrusy enough...just excellent. i'm still thinking about it one year later. i've tried about five different commercially available examples thus far and none even come close.

does anyone know of a recipe that approximates this beer?

No, its only on tap at the brewery in Chico...as a seasonal. That's what makes it so hard to come by...if ever in the Sacramento area,its definitely worth the drive... they have a great restaurant also.

But seriously...anybody?
