This is made from an old wine barrel, which I happen to have a ton of. My friend is an ac/refrigeration tech and this was our first try at kegerators. Probably going to make more since it looks so rad!
Very cool idea!

I just installed the tower last night. I still have some work to do, but it's finally pouring beer
That's pretty slick. Can you show us the inner workings?
Nothing fancy, but it should serve as a good home for my two cornies until I can find the space for a keezer.
does anyone have a keezer built into a home bar?
Dude I see a Bud Light in your keezer.
Sorry, couldn't resist.

We'll be doing a step by step guide to mount taps to the outside of your fridge. Just need approval from the powers that be. ;-)

Here,s my pride and joy. Just completed first test run, and came through with flying colors.
I got the co2 manifold at morebeer.com

I was wondering the same thing. From the pics it looks like it's just the brass fittings from the big box stores that we all use for mash tuns.
Has this ever been done? Must not be too big of a savings, if possible at all, for people to continue to purchase the pricey ones from specialty websites.
Looks like a Haier model from Beverage factory:

I have the same model with perlick 575's on it
6.4 cu ft, fits 3 cornies or sixtels or 2 slim quarters, or of course a single half barrel.
