Hey everyone! I'm wanting to build a CIP system for my brew rig, but I'm not sure where to start and the best processes to use. I'm hoping a few people can post about what they're doing to completely clean their rigs. I have two chugger pumps, and would like to use them, but if they're not big enough I can upgrade.
Ideally, I'd love to have a portable CIP like most breweries use. Mount a pump to a cart and clean whatever vessel I need to. This would involve a spray ball of some sort, which I know a few places sell.
Anyone?
