Short 6 litres of beer when bottling....

So I bottled my first extract brew today and got about three bottles into it and realized that I had less than what the kit said it would make (23 liters). Obviously I didn't add enough water after I transferred the wort into the primary, now it makes perfect sense why I had such a hard time getting it to cool before pitching. Just wondering what the repercussions will be if any?

the beer will be stronger and hoppier than designed. That could be good or bad depending on style and your taste.

Ok, that isn't too bad then. I tasted it before bottling and it tastes pretty good to me...

If you added sugar for the full 23 liters but only came out with 18 liters then you may have somewhat overcarbonated, but probably not by enough to be a serious problem. A more experienced brewer would know for sure.
