I don't have a recipe, but I've had the beer. Shiner's website says it's 5.5% ABV, 25 IBUs, and 8 SRM. Look for a Pilsner Urquell clone and use 1/2 to 2/3 the hops (cut back on both the bittering and finishing hops). Stick with pilsner malt, Saaz hops, and a clean lager yeast.
 
thanks Yuri. I had a Bernard Czech Pilsner too last night and it was close to the Shiner. I will take your advice and get a recipe and follow.
