Is there a reason you need them in silicon ? Other than that they may possibly last longer. Honestly , it might help to state your issue with them, are you finding that you constantly have to replace them?

I have yet to replace mine, however the Tailpiece hardly comes off, if ever. The faucets come off like twice/3times a year, but never noticed a need to replace the oring/washer. I use a corny keg to clean my taplines after every keg kicks. I open the tap and stick a brush in there. Push pbw in there, hot water , then star san. On the occasion that I have taken my faucets off for disassembly, they haven't been all that dirty if any.

My keezer sits outside in Texas weather, so we really are talking the worst environment and the taps are accumulating any gunk. So I might remove them less.

You can get them from any number of online suppliers. I change mine when they need it which is not very often. I clean my faucets regularly, but do not take them apart more then once a year - maybe.
