So it looks like I'll be getting the Magic Chef 7 cubic foot model tomorrow. I've pored over the site and the wealth of information in it and feel pretty confident in the whole build.
One thing I'm concerned about is the distributors and CO2.
I plan to set it up with 2 faucets and later expand to 4. Should I go ahead and get the 4-way distributor now?
Also, if I do go with a 4-way can I independently control how much CO2 each keg gets? I tend to like my Stouts less carbonated then my Ales.
