So it looks like I'll be getting the Magic Chef 7 cubic foot model tomorrow. I've pored over the site and the wealth of information in it and feel pretty confident in the whole build.

One thing I'm concerned about is the distributors and CO2.

I plan to set it up with 2 faucets and later expand to 4. Should I go ahead and get the 4-way distributor now?

Also, if I do go with a 4-way can I independently control how much CO2 each keg gets? I tend to like my Stouts less carbonated then my Ales.

Thanks for all the help and being an incredible wealth of information. A month ago I wouldn't of dreamed of taking this step with my beer brewing!
 
If you use a distributor (aka manifold), all the kegs hooked up to it will be at the same pressure. In order to independently control pressure, you'll need secondary regulators. If you wanted to set a different PSI on one keg and run the others at the same pressure, you could use one three way manifold and one secondary regulator. Or two by two if you prefer. With one secondary regulator, your lower pressure kegs will be fed from it, and your higher pressure will be set by the primary reg on your CO2 tank.

I'm building a bank of secondary regulators now. I have 8 taps, with room for a ninth if I ever decide to add it (maybe a stout tap). I'll have three regulators and three three-way manifolds. Each secondary regulator will output to one three-way manifold. I'll be able to set three kegs at one pressure, three at another pressure, and the remaining at a third pressure.
