As much as I love hoppy beers (it’s 95% of what I bring home from the store) I don’t brew them that often. I’ve yet to try making a session version. Anything anyone would change? Here’s the 5.5 gal recipe:
5.25 lbs pale ale
1.25 lbs white wheat
0.5 lb caramel 60
1 oz cane sugar
0.25 lb DME (starter)
0.25 oz Jarrylo @ FWH
1.5 oz @ 15 mins/whirlpool
4.75 oz dry hop
