I read that. I'm thinking about going up there. I probably wont enter a beer, I've only been brewing about a year now.

there are several of us in cape and jackson. we are organizing our beer club, the beer nutz. many of us do ten gallon batches, and a friend and i do A LOT of DIY. counter flow chillers, stir plates, drinking glasses from stone bottles, mash paddles, stuff like that. we are working on getting more entries into competitions, and would like to hold one. we are working on doing some in house club comps where we all brew a style and then sample. pm me if any of you are interested.
