I am doing my second all grain and am doing a bells TH clone recipe from brew365.com (10 gallon batch). Any technical suggestions for ipa's as far as mash temps go? Any other advice is appreciated.
 
I'd go with the 153 suggested on brew365. Bell's 2-hearted is fairly light in body. A 2-hearted clone seems to be working it's way into regular rotation at my house right now. I think I'm going to be brewing it about every third batch.

What yeast do you use when doing your clone?
