I'm having trouble getting my final product higher than 4.5% ever since I switched to ten gallon batches. I've even had it lower than that. Should I sparge longer?

How are you scaling your recipes? What is the recipe? What is your brew-house efficiency? What is your water to grain ratio? What technique are you using to sparge? Temperature? OG/FG? Fermentation conditions? ...

Eh, maybe you just need to sparge longer.
