Grain Bill:

6 lbs Pale 2 Row
6 lbs Maris Otter
1 lb German Whole Malted Rye
8 oz Crystal 120
8 oz Munich Light

Hops:

Warrior 1 1/2 oz Boil
Amarillo Gold 1 1/2 oz 15 min.
Amarillo Gold 1 oz 10 min.
Amarillo Gold 1 oz 0 min.
Amarillo Gold 1 1/2 oz dry Hop

Additions:

Ground Nutmeg 2 tsp. 15 min.
Ground Cinnamon 2 tsp. 15 min.
Ground cloves 1 tsp. 15 min.
Whirlfloc tablet 15 min.

1 tsp Nutmeg, Cinnamon, and Cloves during secondary
 
The base recipe without the hops and spices looks like a pretty interesting Roggenbier recipe.

You had me until you started adding spices (way too much at that). What is your goal? Are you making a spiced Winter Warmer? Are you making a Dark Rye IPA?
 
Opened one yesterday and was pretty well balanced. The spices were not over powering. I was going with a winter style IPA but I haven't really given a definite classification.
