So, I harvested my fresh hop, dryed it and i am ready to brew tomorrow.
My problem is that there are insects in between the leafs and dust/sand o the cones.
I know that this is protein and minerals ;-) but how do I get my hop clean for brewing?
Regards

If you're adding them hot side (boil or whirlpool) you don't need to clean them. As the other guy said, just use a spider or hop sock to keep the bugs out of the beer. The high temps will sanitize.

Just want to put this out there: Commercial hops are not cleaned/sanitized

If you are not worried about brewing with commercial hops, don't worry about your homegrown hops. In fact, the amount of insect/foreign matter allowed by the USDA can be quite surprising (you may not want to look it up).

Unless, of course, you are growing next to a tire fire. In that case, all bets are off.
