Got all my fruit wines in carboys now. This was the first one then the blackberry and today I got the cherry in glass under an airlock. Probably about all the fruit for me this year unless I come into some peach's pretty quick. Might put up some more prickly pear in the fall

Sand Hill plums are ripe here in central Kansas and I'm thinking about making a wine w them. Would you update how this is doing and what if anything you would change?

Thank you in advance,

Swifty

Well it is just sitting in the carboy needing to be racked. Have not sampled any yet so I really don't know if I need any changes. The recipe is real close to Jack Kellers so it should be pretty good.
