Hello all. I made one of these accounts to hopefully gain some community and knowledge of this home brewing hobby that has its hooks in me.
I started with extract brewing in 2016 with a Midwest supply kit, I made a few brews and then put the hobby down for 1.5 years.
Now I’m back with some improvements under my belt that has made noticeable improvements in my finished product and will hopefully be making the leap to yeast starters and kegging this calendar year.
