Want to do my first saison. Below is the recipe but I'm not sure of the hop schedule. I'd like it to be around 30 IBU's. I have an oz of EKG and plenty of Saaz. Any recommendations?

11 lb. Pils Malt
1 lb. Vienna Malt
1 lb. Table Sugar
WLP565 yeast (Saison Ale 1) starter
Yeast Nutrient

Mash at 148 and boil for 90 min.

Depends on if you like the hoppy saisons or if you really like the yeast character. If you are into the hoppy ones, you can use your oz of EKG at flameout and add some Saaz for flavor and bittering.

If you like the yeast to really sing, just do a bittering addition with the saaz for the IBU's you are targeting and leave the EKG's for something tastier.

If you want to have a slight hop flavor/aroma, I'd use saaz for bittering and the oz of EKG at flameout or .5 at 10 and .5 at flameout.
