Going to brew what's billed as a Bells Rye Stout clone.
5g BIAB
10 lb 2-Row
1.5 lb Rye Flaked
.50 lb Roasted Barley
.50 lb Chocolate Malt
.50 lb Caramel Malt 80L

I want a noticeable hop profile. Recipe calls for 1oz of Magnum @60min. Any suggestions on what hop combinations may work well with this style?

Also thinking of adding .5lbs Chocolate Rye. Any experience with this stuff?

Just finished brewing. Under estimated my efficiency and ended up at around 1.078 post boil gravity, aimed for 1.065ish. Very anxious to drink this one

It's time to brew this one again. This time cut the 2-row down to 8 pounds and increase the flaked rye to 3 pounds so you get more of the rye flavor.
