Rustic Keezer / basement pub build

Hello all! I am new to home brewing. Just getting ready to brew my first batch this weekend. I have spent the last month gathering gear and continuing to read as much as possible. Been thinking about doing this for a year or two, taken a couple of classes and ready to take the plunge. I am also remodeling a basement game room to hold my gear, the keezer and become a brew pub!

Here are some pics of the keezer I am building. I started a couple days ago. I am using an insignia 7.0 ft freezer. I will have 3 taps and 5 lb CO2 tank. Currently waiting for taps, 2nd keg and CO2 tank to arrive. I am using an inkbird to control the temperature.

This forum has been huge!! I did not even know what a keezer was before, now I am building this awesome tap setup, so thanks to all of you for your insight and sharing your experiences.

Finished the lid and added the drip try. Just waiting for the taps and tap lines to arrive. And a second keg.

Thanks. The beer is a mixed bag so far lol. My first batch I split in 2 using 2 different yeasts. One is pretty solid, drinkable and in the ballpark of what I was shooting for. Something is really off with the other half and I have not been able to drink it. Batch 2 is in the fermenter now and hoping its a step forward. I am sure I will get there. If nothing else it prompted me to redo my basement room
