Does anyone know of a plug and play controller that will run the sensor? Thx

Any of the off the shelf controllers that use PT-100 sensors should work with that probe. Don't worry about the specific colors of the lead wire insulation. It's all about which two are the same, and the odd one out.

As far as suitable off the shelf controllers that are suitable for you, more information is required:

• Number of elements to be controlled
• Number of vessels with elements
• Element wattage
• What features other than temp control do you want/need.

I currently use a 240v Auber table top controller with a Dspr1 to power one 5500w BIAB. The heating and cooling are controlled by an Auber TD130a external temp controller.
