Hey guy I am making my first lager. I finished the primary fermentation and when I went to put it in a keg to lager it there was a rotten egg smell/ sour to it but when I tasted it there was no problem. Do you guys think it would be still good

Sulfur is a typical byproduct of some lager yeast activity. It is best for you to rest the beer at a warmer temp (60s) to help the yeast metabolize the compounds that cause that odor. Failing that opportunity, the lagering process will likely also work, it may just take longer.
