RO Collection

I gathered my RO water last Friday with the intention of brewing on Saturday. Unexpected things happened and I was unable to brew. The RO water is sitting in my kettle, covered and a towel on top for added security. I tasted the water yesterday and it tastes fine.

My question: is there any reason I should not use this water? I plan on brewing tomorrow or Saturday.
