Bought wifey a zojirushi bread machine for xmas. Wheat breads are turning out very nice but the GF ones we try are flopping horribly. We had all the recommend ingredients except the xanthan gum ( replaced with corn starch). Is that the problem? There is no dough, it looks like batter...
