After a few years break I am getting back to brewing. :mug:
I received a nitro tap system for my kegerater, and got an obscene amount of Columbus hops from a friend (my freezer is stuffed). :D

Anyone got recipe suggestions for an AG nitro pale ale using all (or mostly) Columbus?

I found a recipe for Dark Horse's Reserve Special Black Ale a while back. It is like a hoppy porter with all columbus hops. Roasty, rich, and smooth. My favorite of their regular release beers. I'm not sure how close this recipe is, as I have never brewed it. But it's the only version I found. Were it me, I would increase the amount of hops slightly.
