Request - Dallas area Electric Brewers

I have jumped in feet first and decided I want to go all electric. I have been an extract brewer and have decided to move to all grain. I'm looking for anyone in the Dallas area that might be willing to let me observe on a brew day as they use their all electric system.

There will be a 20-30 minute presentation with a few actual systems on display.
