Hi all,
I have a Bayou Classic SP10 burner I use for 4-6 gal boils. Does the trick but it sounds like a jet burner. I just moved into closer quarters with neighbors and felt bad after burning jet fuel for a few hours.
I think with my kettle and boil volume, I don't need that much umph. I don't want to spend a bunch to replace it and have found this online. I believe this is notably quieter and still hot enough to do what I am looking for. Could I mount this burner onto the sp10 stand and use the old regulator/hose/etc.?
Thanks for the help folks, cheers!
