I ordered an American Amber Ale all grain kit from northern brewer and was wondering if there were any suggestions for different hops I could use with the recipe. It calls for 2 oz of Cascade for 60 min, then 1 oz for 15 min. I would like to try a little more variety. I am planning on buying the replacement hops from my LHBS, which has a decent selection. Any suggestions are appreciated!

My amber has magnum cascade and centennial.
1.5 oz magnum @ 60
.5 oz cascade @10
.5 oz centennial @10
.5 oz cascade @ 0
.5 oz centennial @ 0

This is for 10 gallons.

Magnum for bittering and maybe try some Citra for your late hops if your LHBS has them.

I've heard good things about centennial, and if I were to use some, how much and how long should I have them in the boil? Should I just replace the last oz of cascade for 15 min with an oz of centennial?
