Hi everyone. I had been into home brewing on a very beginner level a few years ago. I sort of dropped the hobby between going to grad school and moving to my first house, and have just now become interested in starting back up. The first thing that I want to try is a cider, which is something I have not tried to do before, so if you have any tips for a beginner please let me know!
