So, I got ahold of the Magic Chef and turned it into a keezer.

Its worked out well but I've found with a 4 way distributor the CO2 tank is off balance and the only way to house it is to extend it out over the tanks. Everything is hard to read, harder to access and it's just generally a mess.

The answer here is to remote mount the CO2 distributors onto the collar inside of the keezer.

I've picked up the hose to do this from kegconnection and I'm in the process of building an 8 inch collar. This should be a comfortable depth for the distributor.

However the one thing I can't find any information about is mounting the distributor. I've seen one person that has done it but no information on how they did it.

Any information would be appreciated.

Are you talking about a manifold? Or a bank of secondary regulators?

You'll still need a single primary regulator on your CO2 tank to drop from 400+ PSI to something manageable by secondary regs.

Most of the manifolds I have seen have mounting provisions.
MicroMatic and CHICompany both have secondary regulator mounting plates for sale. That's the best way I've seen to mount them.

If that's not your bag, I would imagine you could use a short length of plumbers tape (The metal stuff with the holes), or metal straps (like a flat angle bracket) to mount them. I think most secondaries have a bolt hole in the back of the reg housing for mounting to the brackets.

You mean like this?

I have a primary regulator on the tank itself, and that is in turn connected to a secondary that is mounted "remotely" on the upper wall of the freezer, that is remotely connected to the draft block. This is all close together, but I don't see why you couldn't lengthen the distances.

Here's another picture. This one has a shot of the mounting hardware which I believe is available for this brand of distributors. I;m looking for the equivalent, or something that would work for the Chudnow:
