Hi just posting to say hi again and reintroduce myself. I haven't been active on here for a very long time.
I have done a couple of beer kit brewing,1 bitter beer kit and one forest ale kit. This time i'm going to do all grain. At the moment i'm reading around the forum taking in information. On the different types of brewing and different brewing systems,and of course different beer styles. Like single mash infusion and HERMS,RIMS ect. Already designing a system in my head and sketching it to paper. And re reading the book i have on brewing which is The big book of brewing by Dave Line.
Just opened a bottle of Forester Ale which i brewed a good one and a half to two years Cheers
