FYI, Amoeba Music has a bunch of the Trojan box sets (or at least various components of them) on vinyl right now, in addition to a bunch of other good stuff as usual. I may have to do some ordering come Friday pay day.
 
Gonna resurrect this thread since a lot of greats have died in recent months.

But specifically because arguably the most influential person of Jamaican music, and one of the most influental of music in general (one could say without his influence in dub, neither hip hop nor electronica would be what they are today), died yesterday.

RIP Lee "Scratch" Perry.

Perhaps earlier than his legacy is really built on, but I love this f***ing album:

 
Bad Brains sprinkles some reggae into their music that I really enjoy.
