Wanted to do something a little different. I know it will not be to style, but wanted to hear some imput on it.
Here is my first guess.

well the SMR automatically disqualifies it as a stout. but the recipe does sound good.

you might think of adding a second vile of the yeast.
 
I know calling it a stout is wrong. What would be a better name?
Tipsy, you think I need two vials or just a big starter?

either 2 vials or a big starter will work. i don't like to do the little extra work needed to make a starter so i just buy the extra vial.
