I have a fermentation chamber ( https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/my-side-side-refrigerator-fermentation-chamber-183647/ )that i made from a side by side freezer and am looking for a cheap but good looking digital LCD. Kinda like a love controllers lcd but without the $75 price tag LOL.

I already have a temp controller (ebay thread) and just want to be able to look at the fridge whenever i want to verify the temp that it is currently at.

So what do you use or what have you seen and how much was it? Looking for something low cost but functional.

I have almost the exact same thing, except I actually use it for my cichlid tank. Works well. (Except I think I paid 12 bucks for it at PetSmart )

I dont understand how a square hole would be easier to make a hole? Got a drill with a 1/4" drill bit? Drill through fridge door, feed the probe, seal the hole with silicone, and glue or tape the display to the outside of the door.
