recirculation question

If im going to be recirculating during my mash do I need to stop the pump and get my water temp to mash out and sparge accordingly or can I bring it up to mash out temp while recirculation and once at needed temp just switch hoses and sparge as normal.

You can continue to re-circ while heating to mash out, then sparge normally.
