Good morning fellas and ladies. I've come to you this day to seek some knowledge on what i can do with my current stock of hops. Full disclosure i went click happy and didn't really have a plan or even an idea if the hops would go well with each other. Now that i have done a bit of research i have somewhat an idea of what i have on my hands and how to them for example apperantly sorachi ace will be good in a saison, and i have a lot of high alpha hops so i can bitter with them. So heres the list of hops i have and i hope you fine folks can guide me.

Oh and i forgot to add i do have a couple grain bills i have my eyes on.

Looks to me like the Sorachi Ace/Brewers Gold might make a good finishing addition to a Belgian something (bittering from something else on the list).

I'll let others more versed in the dark arts of hop blending pair up the rest of your hops for IIPA/IPA/Red/Pale/etc. It looks like you'd probably just be supporting Citra and El Dorado in two batches, though.

Definitely do an el dorado based IPA with warrior or columbus for bittering. Chinook, citra, sorachi ace, summit, and azzaca would go great in it

Though you might want to save azzaca and sorachi for maybe a hoppy saison?
