I'm new to all grain just wondering what all the 120L and 500L listed after the grains, also the precentages? Thanks

The L is for degrees Lovibond. It is a measure of how dark the color of the grain is. Keep in mind though that grains that are the same L can be very different in taste and other properties.

The percentages to which you refer are probably the percentage of the grist made up by a particular grain.
