I was planning on brewing an all grain hefeweizen on Monday, but I just realized tonight that I goofed when I ordered my ingredients. The grain bill was supposed to be 6lbs 4oz white wheat and 4lbs 4oz Belgian Pilsner, but I flipped them and now my recipe is roughly 60:40 Pils:Wheat instead of the other way around. What kind of effect is this going to have on the final product? Cheers!

Alc. Levels should be a bit higher, but it will be a tasty beer.

Thanks guys. I feel like I knew I was overreacting, but given that I haven't been happy with my recent batches I wanted to double check.
