Not sure if this is ready to bottle or not. Its a red irish ale, been fermenting at around 64 degrees (so probably around 68 inside the wort itself), and about 13 long now. Took about 2 days to get going, then died out visually after about 5-6. Just curious about the floaters still on the top of the beer. Was curious if I should just wait it out till they drop, or is it ok to bottle? I'm going to take a gravity reading in a few minutes, then check it again tomorrow. I know everyone gets paranoid their first time brewing, might as well ask the experts on here for some sage advice right. Also noticed there was some condensation? on the inside of the carboy, is that normal?..
