Re-using one way kegs

Has anyone cleaned and refilled a Dolium one way keg? If so what was the process? A nearby brewery I buy beer from uses them and I’m wondering if I can get another couple of uses out of them before recycling.

I'm wondering the same thing. I have a local taproom that has a few beers in these and they get thrown out when empty.

I have not encountered these kegs but looking at the connection it appears to be a standard Sankey style. Their site says fully compatible with various couplers.

I would try fitting a coupler to it, then you should be able to clean it out. A word of caution though, by design there aren't intended to be reused so their life span is questionable. Definitely worth trying though.
