I am thinking about an all-extract brew with a lot of fresh raspberries. But I am not a big fan of hops, so I was wondering if the rasberry seeds would function as a bittering agent? In making a raspberry wine you have to pull the must off the seeds fairly quick or it will bitter the wine. But that might be exactly what is needed for a raspberry beer.
