I have two speidel 60L fermentors with all parts for sale. $40.00 each.

Must pick up.

They were purchased as part of a bulk aquisition from a friend who sold off all of his stuff to me.

Picture shows just the fermentors, can provide proof of lids, airlocks, etc... If needed.

Thanks!

Do you have pictures of everything that’s goes with it? I’m in Durham.

Thanks. They look great, but I’m not sure I need 60L. I only do 5 gallon batches. Are you firm on the price?

The price is more than 50% off the "new" price on morebeer.com[1]

As far as sizing, it was pretty clear this was 60L. If your target is for 5 gallon batches, there will be quite a bit of head space in these things, and you increase your risk of oxidization. There are more appropriate options in the price range. New 6.5 gallon glass carboys can be had for $40 at Atlantic Brew Supply in Raleigh[2], and for about the same price at morebeer.com[3]. I'm sure you can find more appropriate solutions for your sizing amongst the wide array of buckets, plastic, and glass carboys out there based on those glass carboy prices.

But if you intend to increase your volume to 10 gallons in the future, these would be a good option to buy in to.

That being said, if you still want these guys over the plethora of options out there, I won't flat out say no :D make me an offer and let's see if we can work it out.

My bad, I didn’t do the conversion until after I posted. I think I’m gonna hold off. That’s way more head space then I need. Thanks anyway and good luck with the sale.
