so, I racked a one gallon batch of Strawberry wine from a bucket to a one gallon vessel. The wine was and still is very cloudy. Will it clear in time? this is my first batch of anything btw...
 
Yes, it will clear in time. Did you use any pectic enzyme? That'll not only help to breakdown the cell walls in the fruit & thereby promote better juice/flavour extraction, it'll also help to clear; even though it's not really a fining agent. Just give it time & it should clear just fine. Regards, GF.
