Hi guys

i brewed a Roggebok last Saturday and its been in my freezer at 22 celius all week so its almost done. this Saturday i,m brewing another Roggebok but don,t know if its best to take the first one out the freezer and put the new one in ? i usually leave it in there voor 2,or 3 weeks. the temperature around 25 Celsius here at the moment
Any advies ?

You are past the time frame of main concern of off flavors due to temperature. After a week, it may actually help the yeast clean up to get it a bit warmer, thereby freeing up your freezer. I say go for it.

Thanks for the advise.
I,m going to swap them around tomorrow!
tonight i,l switch the cooling off so it can slowly warm up to room temps
Thank again
tony

LOL the amount of typos and usage of commas as apostrophes made my day

I usually take my brews out of my fermentation chamber after 7-10days to finish up
