Quick CO2 Question

I'm pretty new to the kegging and I just went to pour myself a nice IPA and realized my C02 is empty. Will the beer be fine for a day or two til I can get the co2 refilled? Just kegged the batch less than a month ago. Thanks for all the help.

I use my paintball CO2 tank as a backup. It is only 20oz, but they are only $25 and if you play paintball, you will get other use from it as well.
