Hello together,
i am new in this forum, but i am in touch with soda making with a keg since months. Sorry for my bad english, but hopefully you are understanding
it.
I am trying to mix up juice (with sugar and citron acid - like syrup) with water and carbonize it in a keg. After that i am using a counterpressure bottler to fill up glas bottles.
My question at the beginning is, how good the filtration must be of the syrup. For example i cooked some rhubarb today, i took a almond milk net filter and after that i used a pulcino filter system, but its too fine for the juice of the rhubarb. I dont know if the small particle in this juice has the effect of foaming over, when i open the bottle.
