Hi everybody!
in the last few weeks I've tried to priming my beers with speise technic. Of course it works well, the only problem is that I've found different calculators and all of them give me a different volume of wort but I'm taking notes so I think that after few batches I won't need this calculators anymore.
I like the process but my question is: when you use big volume of wort ( low gravity beers ) this wort will "ferment" in bottle, in a different way respect to the first fermentation, is it really true that this fact will not affect the flavor profile of the final beer?
