- Classic British IPA: malty, back end hop bitterness, spicy
Hey everyone!
This is my first contribution to the recipe page! Easily the most successful beer I have brewed so far, a British-style IPA. Definitely has a big malt profile, the hop flavor is somewhat muted but balanced, and back end bitterness is big. Plus, I brewed it for a lighter body so it is actually rather quaffable and refreshing.
